I’m learning life by putting myself in the shoes of others; stepping into different lives makes me soar and brings me such joy. It’s as if I’m sharing a piece of myself with the world that I haven’t yet experienced. I’ve grown to enjoy writing and directing. It enables me to interact with the rest of the world and effect change. As an artist, I understand and respond to the world through film, acting, television, writing, and directing. I consider myself an animateur because my job is to enliven people who were created for the world. One of the works I have done was Ubu and Truth Commission, which was interesting because I played three roles, that understood and spoke three different languages. What was most interesting was learning the linguistic expressions of people from different cultures. The goal is to bring to life, many characters from different cultures and walks of life, in film, television, and theatre for as long as I live. Broadway is the destination.
