Jessica holds a Bachelor of Fine Art degree (with distinction in Drama & Sculpture) from Rhodes University. Her experience spans theatre, television, and site-specific performance. She has appeared in theatre productions such as “A Seussified Christmas Carol” and “Khokho’s Treasure” with the National Children’s Theatre, as well as “The Sound of Music” with Pieter Toerien Productions. Her television credits include “Generations: The Legacy “and “MTV Shuga Down South.”As a theatre-maker and artist, Jessica is dedicated to exploring the experiences of Black women through her work. Most recently, she performed at the 2024 “Infecting the City Public Art Festival” in Cape Town and was a finalist in the 2024 “Sasol New Signatures Art Competition.” Through her work, she continues to challenge narratives, spark conversations, and create work that resonates deeply with audiences.
