What we're looking for in an artist?
The entertainment industry is a tough one. Many say it’s eat or be eaten. It requires those who operate in it, to be dedicated, professional, driven and passionate. At 4th Wall Management we do not create stars or help to make people famous- That’s what reality shows are for.
We represent talented individuals who understand the importance of achieving success and longevity in the industry, and that can only be achieved by persistent hard work and constant growth. Our artists need to have a rock-solid work ethic and unwavering sense of professionalism.
Your success is our success, and we feel that our partnership with you shouldn’t merely end at representing you. We want you to be successful, no, rather we need you to be successful. That’s why we want to build a strong relationship with you by offering you career guidance and advice that will help to shape you for the journey ahead.
What we offer the artist
Having been artists ourselves, we understand how important it is to be partnered with the right agency. Not only will 4th Wall Management be attempting to locate employment opportunities for you, but we also feel that it’s important to plan and strategise your career path as best as possible with the opportunities that might present themselves. We’re interested in you as an artist and as an ambassador for the products you’ll be representing and the stories that you’ll be telling.
We offer career advice and guidance, and also ensure that you are equipped with the necessary tools to have a professional and public profile in the media.
We also host regular workshops to ensure that you will master your auditions and castings. From how to do an ID, to getting the best out of your nerves, we’ll get you sorted. Some of the workshops also focus on several acting and performance techniques, which will expand your talents and skills beyond your training. These workshops are based on demand and are offered at the discretion of 4th Wall Management. They will be free of charge to our artists, except in cases where external service providers are utilised.
